Most orders are shipped via UPS. UPS offers Ground, Three Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air. For larger orders motor freight is available.

We ship to approved open accounts or COD. For COD customers, UPS will not accept cash, so please have a check or money order ready and payable to Hart Enterprises. We also accept the following credit cards:

For added convenience you can now track your order right from our website. Just go to order tracking and type in your invoice number. Your tracking information will be available after 7:00 PM CST.

There are no refunds or exchanges on electrical, mechanical, installed, opened or parts not in their original packaging. All other returns require a returned goods authorization number. A copy of the original invoice must be returned with any part. Credit will not be issued for return freight.
